Terms
Current as of 22 September 2026. Design-partner period.
ProcurePro is early software being built with a small number of procurement teams. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple: you use it, it costs nothing, and either of us can stop.
What you are agreeing to
Creating a workspace means you accept these terms and the privacy notice, on behalf of the organisation whose documents you are about to upload. If you are not authorised to do that for your employer, do not create a workspace.
What it costs
Nothing, during the design-partner period. We will not start charging you without telling you first and giving you the choice to stop. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan and no card on file.
Who owns what
- Your documents and your data are yours. Uploading them gives us permission to process them in order to run the product for you, and nothing else. We do not train models on them and we do not use them for anyone else’s benefit.
- What the product works out from your data is also yours: the extracted fields, the deadlines, the analysis, the drafts.
- The software is ours. Using it does not transfer any of it to you.
What we ask of you
- Do not upload documents you are not permitted to share with a processor.
- Do not use the product to do something unlawful, or to send a supplier something you would not send yourself.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Seats are per person, because the activity log is only worth something if the name on an approval is a real one.
- Tell us when it is wrong. That is the whole point of a design-partner period.
What we do not promise
This is early software and it will be wrong sometimes. It reads contracts and it can misread one. Every figure it produces carries the sentence it came from precisely so you can check it, and you should.
Nothing it produces is legal, financial or professional advice. A notice deadline it calculates is a prompt to go and read your contract, not a substitute for having read it. Decisions about your agreements remain yours.
There is no uptime commitment during this period, and we do not offer one we cannot yet measure.
To the extent the law allows, the product is provided as it is, and our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which during this period is nothing. Where your local law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights stand and nothing here removes them.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask for your workspace to be exported and deleted. Neither is self-serve yet: ask and it is done by hand, within a working week.
We can end a workspace too, and if we do it will be with notice and with your data given back first, except where we are ending it because it is being used to do something unlawful or to attack the service.
Handling personal data
For the personal data inside your workspace, such as the supplier contacts and colleagues you survey, you are the controller and we are the processor. We process it to run the product for you, on your instructions, and for nothing else. The privacy notice describes what is stored, what leaves our systems and who we rely on.
If your legal team needs a data processing agreement signed, send us yours and we will work through it rather than insisting on ours.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told in the product before the change takes effect, not by a silently updated date at the top of this page.
