What it does
Counts the days
Notice deadlines are worked out from the dates in the document and watched. The window you need to act in is a date on a page, not something you have to remember to go and check.
Reads a quote against what you already pay
A new quote is compared to your existing agreements line by line and priced in the same currency, or it refuses to name a winner. It will not compare two totals in different currencies and call one cheaper.
Finds the asks you can defend
Coverage you have already paid for and not used, days billed twice, devices on a schedule nobody can find. Each one carries what it is worth and how hard it is to argue with.
Drafts the email
The supplier message, written from the evidence, in your organisation's identity. You read it, change it and decide whether it goes.
Tells you what the month was worth
What moved in the period, not a running total that grows whether or not anything happened. A quiet month reads as a quiet month.
How it behaves
Nothing reaches a supplier without you.
Ora drafts and prepares. A message is sent when a person approves it, and an action worth more than your delegation limit is held for a human whatever the settings say.
Every figure names its source.
Numbers are computed from your documents and carry the clause or line they came from. Nothing on a screen is a model's recollection of what it read.

A field the extractor could not find is reported missing rather than filled in plausibly, and a check that could not run says so rather than showing all clear.

There is nothing to install and no data project to run first. Upload an agreement and read what comes back. If it reads it wrongly, you will be able to see exactly where.
